Where We Came From
Matrix Networks was built in the telecom era. We started where most technology firms did — in the world of voice, connectivity, and the infrastructure underneath it. But as our clients grew, their demands evolved. They weren't asking for phone systems anymore. They were asking for the network underneath them. The security wrapped around them. The architecture that would carry them forward.
We made a deliberate choice: follow the client, not the market trend. That meant moving surgically into LAN/WAN and security — not because it was fashionable, but because it's what our customers actually needed from us. We said no to a lot of things to get very good at a few.
"We are not an MSP. We don't do desktops, servers, Microsoft licensing, or break-fix IT. That's not a limitation — it's the whole point. We go where we're needed, do it exceptionally well, and get out of the way."

How does deal registration work?
Deals are registered via a web form and automatically entered into our CRM — no email chains, no ambiguity. Once registered, we work directly with you to understand the project and client before anyone takes another step. Your opportunity is documented and protected from the moment you submit it.
How many partners do you work with?
We work with only a handful of partners across the nation — by design. Fewer partners means more focus, faster response, and deeper investment in your growth. We don't manage a network of loosely affiliated resellers. We build real relationships with the ones we choose.
What if something goes wrong with a client?
We take clear ownership of our projects and deliverables. When issues arise — and in technology, they do — we step in, own the problem, and communicate clearly throughout.
