Arrive, check in, and set up your 6-foot table before doors open.
Tech MiXer XIV begins
Doors open to attendees and the half-day tradeshow gets underway.
Partner introductions
Each partner gets a chance to introduce your company to the crowd at some point in the first hour. Have your talking points ready and know who is speaking.
Event concludes
The tradeshow wraps and teardown begins. Break down your table before you head over to happy hour.
Happy Hour on the Terrace
Join us on the Terrace attached to the Cascade Ballroom, just to the left of the main doors. Stay and keep the conversations going with attendees and the Matrix team.

Venue, parking, and your intro
Venue
Tech MiXer XIV is held at the Oregon Zoo in the Cascade Ballroom, Portland, Oregon. Booth setup runs 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM; the event runs 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM, followed by happy hour on the Terrace until 7:00 PM.
Parking
Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the zoo and throughout the park. Pay at the pay stations with coin or card, or through the Parking Kitty app.
Your Introduction
Each partner will have a chance to introduce themselves to the crowd at some point during the first hour. Have an idea of what you will say and know who will be speaking. Prizes are handled by the Matrix team this year.
