The 3300 ICP provides the following web-based system management tools for configuring IP appliances and system parameters:
Desktop Tool
The Desktop Tool provides a Web based interface that enables IP telephone users to program their telephone feature keys on their phone. It requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. The Desktop Tool allows IP telephone users to assign features to personal keys and to manage personal contact lists and internet bookmarks on IP appliances.
Group Adminstrator Tool
The Group Administration Tool Provides a Web based interface that enables administrators and receptionists to make changes to user information. It requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. The Group Administration Tool allows technicians to set basic system parameters and create the system telephone directory, manage extension and group parameters, add and delete users from the system directory, configure voice mailboxes and program a user’s personal keys with features.
System Administrators and receptionists can log in from the url of any 3300 ICP data sheet cluster and they are automatically redirected to the login url of their home ICP. This is also available if the System Data Synchronization feature is enabled on all elements of the sharing cluster.
System Adminstrator Tool
The System Administration Tool provides a Web based interface that trained technicians use to program the system. It requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. The System Administration Tools allows trained technicians and system administrators to program system wide parameters, voice parameters (Line, extensions, management parameters, system directory and voice mail) and IP networking parameters. This tool provides access to Maintenance Logs, Software Logs, and Login and Logout Audit Logs.
