		Glenn Young, Operations Manager 503-513-9157 Glenn has held several positions with us in sales, engineering and operations, so we just call him the Big Kahuna. Joining us for the first time in 1998 and again in 2007, Glenn brings both a broad understanding of the technology industry and our daily operations and holds multiple technical certifications. By day, he works with our team to develop and implement organizational strategies, policies and practices. Outside the office, you're likely to find him cooking, reading or trying in vain to keep his house plants alive.
		Kimberly Ness, Human Resources and Accounting Manager 503-513-9179 Kimberly has been with Matrix Networks since 2006. Kimberly has worked with our phone systems, in operations, our wireless department, and is our Accounting and HR Manager. She is known for rolling up her sleeves and digging into any and all projects she's involved in. Kimberly loves riding horses and taking her standard poodle to the dog park.
		Kathy McGuire, Operations Supervisor 503-513-9152 KathyM@mtrx.com Kathy has been with Matrix Networks since 1998, managing our operations department, and handling all purchasing. Kathy wears many hats at Matrix Networks and has her fingers in many projects. For fun, Kathy enjoys cooking and relaxing at home.

Eric is very detailed orientated when it comes to inventory and products. Being a War Veteran, Eric is involved in his local Veterans of foreign Wars association.
