Inside Sales/Customer Advocate
Matrix Networks is seeking a hardworking, self motivated individual who has excellent customer service and communication skills. This is a full time position.
Daily duties include:
- Place outbound calls to prospects and existing customer base notifying them of current promotions and new product offerings.
- Small systems sales and contract renewals.
- Adds, Moves and Changes (AMC) sales to existing customers.
- Answer incoming support/service calls.
- Assist outside sales reps as needed.
- General customer service and follow up calls.
- Help with minor service issues.
- Type up Service Orders.
- Do research for certain products.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have great organization skills.
- Have clear and precise phone etiquette skills.
- Be precise with any task given to them.
- Learn quickly.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Complete tasks given to them in a timely manner.
- Enjoy Sales.
- Have experience with customer service
Required knowledge and Experience:
- Must have at least Two Years of Sales Experience
- Windows Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
