David Ness is a native Oregonian who grew up in Portland and attended the University of Portland. David is the sole owner of Matrix Networks. David started Matrix as a one-man business and has built it into the Corporation that it is today.
Bringing 25 years of passion in telecommunications, David is a hands-on President who is often found out in the trenches. This material involvement provides an even greater appreciation for the changes that are taking place now and that will take place in the future.
David is a member of the elite Portland Executives Association, has participated in a number of Limited Energy Apprenticeship Boards and Councils, and has taught telecommunication classes at Clark Community College. Additionally he donates to various charities in both time and money. David holds his Limited Energy License in both Oregon and Washington and numerous technical certifications on many different phone systems
